Mentorship Matching Program
The Womvest Mentorship Matching Program offers young, driven women within the finance sector broadly the opportunity to be matched with a mentor that best aligns with their short- to medium-term goals for a focused period of 3 months.

Mentorship is a frequently referred to opportunity but is often misunderstood or seemingly unaccessible to both aspiring mentors and mentees.
A key theme that emerges is the matching of high-quality mentees with value-adding mentors.
Womvest has launched the mentorship matching program in order to connect enthusiastic and dedicated mentees with value-adding mentors and remove the complexities of mentorship by guiding the mentorship process.
“A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.” — Oprah Winfrey

A Guided 3-month Mentorship Opportunity
Womvest will act as a facilitator during the 3-month program – offering support to mentees in the form of weekly check-ins to gage progress towards goals, interview prep, resume review, and tips on how to optimise the mentorship opportunity.
We believe that a 3-month period of intentional and structured engagement between mentee and mentor is enough time to address clearly defined objectives.
Womvest’s involvement aims to enhance the mentee-mentor experience and resultant value creation.
Applications for the next cohort of mentees are closed. Follow us on LinkedIn and Instragram for updates on the next intake.
If you are interested in participating as a mentor, please reach out to us via the contact tab.
