Zainab is a seasoned consultant and has been in advisory for over 15 years, consulting to multinationals and micro entities alike. Zainab is also a mother, writer, and social entrepreneur having founded BUILD, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering micro women-led businesses in South Africa.

Maya Burney
Founding Partner
Maya is an impact investment professional with a background in private equity and corporate strategy. She seeks to challenge traditional investment approaches and gender norms and believes in the power of supportive networks.
Qualifications: MSc in Environment and Sustainability Management (Georgetown McDonough School of Business), Impact Finance Innovations Programme (Oxford Saïd School of Business), BCom Finance Hons (UBC Sauder School of Business, Canada)
Natasha Malola
Co-founding Partner
Natasha has over five years of investment banking experience and is currently a Deal Associate at African Rainbow Capital. Driven by her passion for inclusion, she has led various initiatives focused on encouraging female participation in predominantly male-dominated industries.
